Individual Practices

Hawks Individual Practices 

For the 2024-2025 Season the Hawks are offering all players in all positions 10 Individual Practices to improve your game.  Each session will be an hour long. These will be run by coaches outside of your team with experience developing players at your level for the next level.  They will be position specific training. All sessions require full pads and Hawk uniform.

Fall Sessions

September through October we will offer 6 sessions/player, a total of 12 sessions, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for specific teams at 6:30 and 7:30, at Liberty Sports Park in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.  You are permitted to attend 6 of these sessions at your assigned time. If your team is assigned on Tuesday and you cannot attend Tuesday, but you can on Wednesday you are permitted to attend on Wednesday at your allotted time, knowing you may be playing with slightly older or slightly younger players.  You cannot attend at a different time; this ensures we have similar ages playing together.

• Wednesdays 7:30 pm-8:30 pm | 2030-2031 teams, 2028 teams

Winter Sessions

Saturdays in January we will offer 4 sessions for each team at the Edge Arena in Stevensville, Maryland.  They will be an hour long and again will be position specific.
