Hawks will offer Skill Sessions throughout the year. Some will be exclusive to current Hawks and others will be open to all players.

The Edge Sessions

    • This is open for all current Hawk 2029 and 2028 players only. The 2028’s have this fee included in your Hawk fees. The 2029’s the fee is $250/player allowing you to attend all 6 sessions.  There is not an option to pay per session. This is position-specific skills along with weight training and conditioning.  We wish to use the WT Training and conditioning as an introductory for most of you in hopes that you see the value and continue a dedicated wtroom routine.
    • When you complete the registration process you will be signed up for all 6 sessions. Please use the club app to update your actual attendance. You can change your attendance as often as you wish. Us knowing who is coming or not coming greatly assists us with hiring staff and creating a session plan. Meaning if you are signed up to attend and your plans change, visit the app and change your status. Do not register more than one time. Use the app to update what sessions you are attending. We would like to know who is coming or not coming by the Wednesday prior. You can always change your status after Wednesday.

      • Goalies will be trained by the Goalie Performance School, during your team sessions

      • We will offer sessions to allow you to participate in some drills with your team. Time TBD
